How to insert button shortcode

How do I insert a link in the button shortcode?
If I link the text it appears gray, illegible, I would like the text linked of the button remains white,
example: the middle link in http://www.websavona.com after parallax.

Try to use the following syntax:

but please use text editor instead of visual.
