Parralax image changes

Hi, I have changed the 'background_top.jpg' by using FTP, but i see no change on webpage. Is this a permissions problem?

Please advise the correct method for changing parralax images.

Could You please post an url to your site?
Please also post direct link to "new" image so I can know if there is a difference.
