An error connected with creating the thumbnail.

Hi guys.

Anyone can help me?

I´m trying to use the GameNews Theme in a Windows 2012 Server. My wordpress is entirely configured, but i´m still having this message.
"An error occured during creating the thumbnail."

I tried an installation of the quickstart package and the error its the same.

I also tried in my personal host as a test, they run a cpanel in some kind of linux, the theme works great, but in windows not...

I really need help!
