Where are the help files for setup of Fest Theme !!!

I am trying to set up the Fest theme and cant seem to find help documentation (I am not looking for the configuration help page that does nto help me)

(If someone from Gavick is reading this , It would be great if they made videos like alot of the good themes on themeforest.net since you are selling commercial themes and meberships)



Question 1 - How do i set up a page for a speaker category for a page like the sample??

Question 2 - How do is et up the home page like the sample????

Question3 - Does this them come with any documentation for how to set up the home page and speaker pages ???? (Not the configuration documentation)

Every other theme I have purchased has a how to set up different pages pdf or training videos....

Where can I find this themes help pdf or files for setting up different page types inside the page editor and wysiwyg???

Question 4 - Most themes on themeforst.net come with "dummy data" that will set the theme up like the sample...Does the Fest theme have this????

Pleas help... I have worjed with atleast 50 + themes and this one is difficult to set up withoyt any detailed documentation....
