how to remove the footer menu?

Hi,
Please check Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus (here you can remove footer menu).

I deleted the menu and it still appears on bottom.. left side of the newsletter..

It's not a footer menu, this menu next to the newsletter is a text widget from Bottom widget area (you can remove or edit this widget).
