How to upgrade membership?

Pardon me if this is not the appropriate place to post this, but I could not find this answer anywhere in the docs, KB or FAQs. The only page pertaining to renew/upgrade didn't actually address upgrades nor was open for comments. (https://www.gavick.com/supportdesk/inde ... membership)

My question: I bought a 4 month personal membership for evaluation purposes and want to roll out at least one Gavick theme to a commercial site -- I don't see any information on an upgrade path to the higher two subscriptions; how does one go about it, costs, credit against a newly purchased personal subscrip, or terms.

Can you fill me in?
