Create new Module position ??

Hi,


I need really important module in this template. When i look at the StoreBox template on the right side a cart button when I'm scrolling its following the page. I want to add Facebook and twitter icons like that in the Creative template. How can i make this ?

Can i create cart module position on the Creative template or can i add two icons like that with different method ?
