suddenly change layout

hi all

I use Bikestore Template an Virtuemart.

when i do import my products via csviPro the layout changes alway when i try to add a related product from this:

to this

it dosnt matter if i creat a new product in backend and add there an related product, or if i import it from a csv.

the SEF url is disabled.
i use joomla 2.5, i updated the shop to 2.0.24

i tested it whit an other templet of yours and there is no problem displayed!
i really need help whit this!

i have the problem, that when i do import product in virtuemart (joomla template bikestore) the layout changes when i add related product to a product.

first i thougth the problem is the import, or the data. but it is the template.

The template renders the sidemenu below the main body on the incorrect page.

you understand now what im am writing?

i do not have this problem when i use for example storebox template.

This looks like a validation error and when I've checing it with validator there is at least one unclosed html tag http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... ne&group=0 Please check product content. Try remove it entirely to see if it's not causing this problem.

i bought the template, but it is not working. i really love this template, it is perfect for
our shop, but i need it working.

Validation errors are caused by a wrong HTML syntax. Template is not causing them, as a proof You can check a validation of Virtuemart product on demo site.

You need to check the HTML of a product description or any other content You have entered.

Probably becuase this error which is a wrong html syntax has non predictional effect on the layout. Some layouts maybe be visible as broken while some may have a small problem not visible without looking into source code. What's the most important is that this error is listed in validation report, so either if it's causing this issue (which I believe is) or not it's better to get rid of it.
