Tabs not visible in the tab manager

Hi,
When I wanted to customize Tab GK5 module in the newly installed theme (quickstart) tabs content in the module I found there aren't any Tabs in the tab manager - they are not visible. Where is "Add new tab" button only which doesn't work. I tried to make new Tab GK5. It did not help. When I uninstall Tab GK5 and installed the module form your site. It did not work too.Image. Please, give me a clue.
