From what I might guess it's a problem with some other module that leaves one unclosed div or closes to much of divs.

It looks like an issue with k2 store itself.
On my test site url:
index.php?option=com_k2store&view=mycart&task=ajaxmini
returns simple text with items in basket while on your site entire basket default view is returned. It contains additional javascript which messes with the layout of the page.

I have talked to our devteam and they suggested to contact k2 support providing above data, and ask why &task=ajaxmini returns entire template instead of simplified text.
