I have install the template
But the template is not like in the DEMO ...
where are all the modules ?
I have Joomla! 2.5.11 Stable
If I uploade gk_restaurant_quickstart_J!25
first CAN I, because I get joomla 2.5.11 ?
second am I going to have the same design than here ?

If you have still empty CMS without real content, yes I suggest to install Quickstart with Joomla 2.5.11 inside.

p.s.

Quickstart package – it is a package which contains a complete Joomla installation with the demo content (modules/articles)
Template package – this package contains only the template files and should be used on the existing Joomla pages.

Have you read my articles on WIKI, If yes you know the difference.

I suggest to download quickstart to computer, unzip it.
Then all folders and files from gk_restaurant_quickstart_J25 copy to server, then install it - it's similar like installing Joomla itself. Then after end of process you will get working website (LIKE IN DEMO).
Of course we didn't added all pictures, but you can use your own.

Install Qucikstart then ask.
Remember to install French Language for Joomla and Virtuemart and for all extensions you're planning to use - it will help you a little bit.

In Joomla Menu Manager manage all menu links, links are from Joomla articles or from K2 items.

Select Template Manager --> Options Icon --> Click on the Enabled button of the Preview Module Positions entry.Then click on Save or Save & Close to save the change.

Now you can observe that module positions are now visible on your Joomla! pages when you append ?tp=1 to the end of your URL

I always suggest to install a quickstart on subdomain or subfolder to check all settings etc. this is safe solution and could help.
In next Joomla 3.2 it will be easer to identify used modules, but all we have to wait.

Sorry, but I don't understand idea. You want to copy all database or only content (articles).
Use Akeeba Backup to create a fully backup then copy JPA file to target domain and use Akeeba Kickstart - to extract package.
