Update available but impossible to download

Hi, I've seen there's an update available to Version: 3.11.1 Date: 05/04/2016
The link leads to this page

on which I can't see anything other than
"Thank you for visiting our website"
I suppose there are files to make it compatible with J3.5.x, it would be enough if you upload the modified ones attached here...

I'm afraid this template has been removed from our offer, so the link simply does not exists anymore.

But the update was very recent...
did you discover it wasn't compatible with J3.5.1?
Should I trash it and find another one?

It was never updated to newest joomla since it would require general recoding. The update You are taking about was a security patch for joomla 3.4, but since this joomla version has ended its life, there were no need to keep this template still.
