Can documentation be provided on what CSS classes are used where and how to override the font color (and font size). It is currently difficult to determine which CSS is being applied so the proper override CSS code can be created. What's more difficult is the proper CSS coding to make this work.

This person does not have full knowledge of CSS but has the basic framework. I just don't have the time to learn the entire CSS language and the template/framework use of CSS.

It would be very nice to have a "configuration" page to hold all the color settings (color profile, if you will)

for example: The orange headings need to be more red -- so what CSS classes and selectors/elements need to be changed (overridden) to change the color? In some areas, the text font size was increased but need to increase the size of other things as well.

Sorry but it is impossible to customize CSS code without average CSS knowledge. It is also impossible to document all classes that are used in the template. Please look at this article >> http://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/customizing-joomla-template/how-to-change-paddings-margins-font-size-etc/ It explains step by step how to customize our products.
