Search Results Problem Due To The Template

Hi there. Today I noticed that the search results do not display "No Results Found" message if nothing is retrieved. The problem occurs in VM store search as well as K2 search. As soon I rename template "HTML" folder, I am able to see the message. That proves that it's a template issue. Please help me to fix it. Thank you in advance.

Could you provide me direct link to page where this text should be visible? I want to check whether it is default com_search component or something from VM/K2.
