Dear Gavick,

I am having a problem with your extended menu. I'd like to have multiple columns within the main menu on hover (like you have in some of your templates). But I also want to include a module, either under the columns or above them. So I need to have pretty much full control just like on joomla.org.

From your documentation it sounds like I should be able to do that, but when I try to assign a module, it only takes a custom module, but not any other module, although I choose the same menu positions. I tried using two module only: one was custom, the other one was menu and only custom module got displayed.

What I am really after is I need to have a Title in the middle; then I need to have two links underneath of the title and then a three column menu.

So the title and two links should be combined into a module and be displayed above the three column menu. I hope I did not confuse you. If not, then could you please explain how to accomplish this?

Thanks.

You want to display menu module inside the menu column, am I right ? As I can see you need very custom look of menu so probably the best way will be create custom HTML module, add styles to get desired view and then publish this module in menu.

Hi. Thanks for getting back to this. That's right, I need to display a module. The question is, can I display more than one module and how?

You can publish one module in column, please look at The World News II demo page where in menu you can find 3 modules in 3 columns - http://d.pr/i/r2ur http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/twn2/

Hello, I appreciate your response. Well, I do know that I can publish modules in the menu. However, the problem is that it ONLY takes a CUSTOM module and not the other ones. I wasn't sure why.

CUSTOM module and not the other ones.

Surely not because in TWN 2 template you can see News Show Pro module published in module. Please try with NSP because maybe there is problem only with the module that you want to use.
