Please enable VM default CSS. Our template is working with it. Than let me know and I'll check again.

I can see that You have VM 2.0.12 installed, please downgrade to 2.0.10, because this template doesn't support latest VM yet. You will be able to update when an official update will be released.

You can try now. Downgrading is just a guess. This can be a different problem. So please try what I said and check if it makes a difference.
