Restore Down browser window problem

What can I do to fix this? go here: http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/may2011/
Restore down your screen (Make it smaller by clicking on the top right corner box next to the RED X to close the broswer)
Now the window is smaller go to the bottom of the page and notice the scroll left to right.
Scroll to your right and it will have everything cut off.
I also noticed this on the Cofee template. Any suggestions?

I see the issue with the demo site, however I have just installed latest version of this template and do not see it, this seem to have been fixed already. Please check to upgrade for your site.
