Adding "Latest Discussion Module" to Musicity Jomsocial Template

Hi,

I would like to have the Latest Discussions from the jomsocial groups displayed on the (js_profile_side_bottom) position of the jomsocial index templates. As of the moment, no one has any idea of the group topics or discussions that are going on unless they actually go into the group itself. I have followed the instructions given by jomsocial here, but it's still not showing up. What am I missing? And more importantly, how do I implement it? I have a feeling it's with the gk jomsocial template and I am not a css guru. Can someone please assist?
