Problem with div collapse on top ( login )

I want to use the solution that includes the log to display a form for the customer, but if you are not logged in, the div will only open when they are on the home page, why? I want the div you could open at any page of the site. What should I do? I can not handle it that way! Thank you!

Did you chceck if module is set to show on all pages ?
