Gamebox Template not visible in Template Manager

Greetings,
I recently upgraded a client's site to 2.5, which uses the Gamebox template. I successfully installed the new 2.5 template via the Installer and it appears on the server in the templates folder (the en-GB.tpl_gk_gamebox.ini file is also present in the languages folder).

However, when I go to the Template manager, the template doesn't appear. I tried installing a different template (Boutique), and it shows up there just fine.

Is there something wrong with the template installer package? I tried downloading and installing again to no effect.

How did You updated joomla and from which version ? If template was present at this time than most probably the information about this template were created (or still exists if below 1.5 was in use). The problem can be that template for each joomla version got the same name so it may not be updated in database. Try uninstal and than install it again. Or remove it from database manualy.
