problem after installation

Hi there,

I am new to Joomla and have followed the instructions to install the quickstark package for my store.

I have followed all the instructions.

Uploaded all the files to my server successfully, and installed Joomla successfully but when i click on the website link i receive this error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /homepages/1/d354526829/htdocs/tt1/plugins/system/plg_jamenuparams.php on line 95

Any help would be much appreciated, so I can begin editing my new site!

Is this something wrong that I am doing, do I need to edit my server settings?

Thanks in advanced for your help and apologies for my novice abiliities!

Which is the php version available at your server?

Probably you have php4 instead php5.

If you can access to administrator backend, try to disable the plugin jamenuparams
