Problem with updates

I've got message like below when I try to update extensions. Anybody know what happend? "Hotel" template.

Some time ago we have changed a folder updates are stored in, so You need to update this modules manually by downloading module packages and instaling them one by one via joomla installer.

Still the same problem. Even after extensions have been updated manually. Any other ideas?

In this case I think Your server is blocking an access to outside sources for scripts. I've just tried and had no problem to update modules in my copy of joomla as seen in my screenshot.

Also when I follow the url in Your error messages I can clearly see all informations needed for an update.
