So I am using SiteGround dedicated server for hosting and they automatically update my Joomla Version - 3.XXXX and beyond.

Will the templates break, for example Music State template, after a new Joomla version come out?

Hi,
no if you will update all modules, plugins and template as well, all must be J3.4 ready!
