Quark template / recaptcha not showing

In the new quark template I can't get the recaptcha to work on the standard contact page in Joomla.
Is there something wrong with the css, or I'm I doing something wrong? How can I fix this?

I uploaded an example from mij website so it must be clear what the problem is.

Yes:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js/ ... ha_ajax.js

Please try to enable usage of the modal.js file under template settings -> JavaScript files settings.

Please enable on the same panel also mootools core, mootools more and jQuery no conflict.

Thank you, now it works, but slightly different as you proposed. Is this setting ok?

If there is no JS errors in the JavaScript console then it is ok
