Delete template - error

I want to delete templates and get this error: Cannot delete last style of a template

Why?

second, you can also remove using PHPMyAdmin.

Another template IS default. How can I delete template via phpadmin please?

I'm not sure if this is GK issue, I saw many post on official Joomla forum, did you checked them?
In PHPMyAdmin, you have to use search option and find template name, then guess, delete "entry/tabel".

I understand your position, that MAYBE some cats, menus etc are connected with the other template

That's why yo have to check,
but by default nobody did this.

You dont know ME Anyway I can get rid of it via extentions directly - not template

If you have McGyver skills you will fix it somehow.
Especially if you made strange settings before.
