Not loaded Modules with specific viewport / mobile / no css

Hi,

search for an option / code, where can modules not loaded, if the user have a specific display width (viewport).

With css I can hide a mOdule, but the module are loading before

The only way is to use css or our custom module siffixes:

The modules will be visible in html source but will not render in browser. Also if they contain any standard images - those images will not load.
