storefront complete install DOES NOT WORK

I have installed complete package on 2 separate web hosts. One hangs at step one of install (does not go past that) and the other does not go past step 2 with all the correct database info. The host said create a new database and try again..... done done done and still DOES NOT WORK.

I feel like this is a waste of my time for the last 4 hours for a simple template?? I have NEVER had this many issues EVER with a template.
