Translation of item on Simplicity

Hello,
I'm using the simplicity template and want to change the initial text in the mail-adress box on the frontpage:
It says "Email address ... " and i want to change it to "Email adres".

I cannot find the (language) file to change it.
Please need your help

Unfortunately i cannot find the text "EMail Address ... " in the 2 language files.

but this is fake Newsletter module
if you want to check find "Custom Html" module --> called Header on "header" position, this label is from browser language not from template!
