menu: Jump to module position on a page

Hello,

Maybe a simple question...
I'm using the simplicity template and want to direct the visitor to a position (module) on a page via the menu.
So i want to use page breaks on a page.
Every menu-item jumps directly his own page break within an article?

How can this be achieved?
Or is there another way to do that?
