Hi
You can easily check if this is a template bug by changing template to a default joomla one. If problem will persists than You need to contact VM support and if it will be shown correctly please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.

Hi
In PM You said that problem is still when You use default joomla template. Which means template is not affecting this feature and You need to contact VM support for help. Sorry, but I'm not a VM expert, we only make a style for it so it much our templates. We do not change it's functionality.
