There are no basic settings in my templates administrator

Good morning everyone:

I'm trying to install and configure the 'News' template in an existent web, i install the template and the plugins but in the template manager, when i select 'basic settings' tab, there's nothing, no options...

The rest of the tabs (Layouts, fonts, etc.) seems to work fine.

I tried to install another gavick template (rock wall) and i have the same problem, ¿There's something i missed?
