Log in with facebook not working

Hello,

First of all, i already searched for a solution here and by google, but nothing helped me.

The thing is that my "Login with facebook" button is not working.
is the one that comes with the template (gk_news).

I already tried enabling and disabling the facebook authentication plugin, with no sucess.

Help me please, i need to make it work.

So you can see there is not enough space for the last letter of 'gebruikersnaam'.
How can I edit the witdh of the login pop-up of the template ''Store box'' ?

Any changes to css should be done in template's override.css file since it's easier to keep modifications untouch while teplate updates.

I Still dont get it, I'm afraid to make a mistake. the facebook login doesnt work from every page.. it works on every page exept the login page, it wont respond the only thing I see is.. that # will be add after the link try it from here: http://yessirmerchandise.nl/index.php/y ... l/inloggen

I've no problem with the facebook log in. It works perfect but only on that page it wont give response. could you check that again for me?

Have You make "Want to make this application and all its features available live for the general public?" in facebook app configuration enabled. That's the only thing I can imagine giving such issue. Or I'm missing something? Please explain me one more time how it looks like? You have said "I've no problem with the facebook log in.", so I'm a little bit confused.

I'm trying to configure the log in with facebook with your instructions. The problem is in the point 8:
In the field, “App Domains”, type out the root of your domain, such as: “www.gavick.com” (the latter form depends upon your domain redirect settings). Please also check option called “Website with Facebook Login” – and also there type the domain name with http protocol.

When I create the APP for websites, in the configuration, the option "website with facebook login" and the field to set my Domain Name don't appear and it makes impossible to set the "APP Domain". It's like the interface of facebook developper have changed.

Do you know how can I do it?

What about this "App Domains" field. Have You tried to set the domain there ? It's been some time since I had to configure this, but if not please try also see advanced tab.

When I try to set "APP DOmain it says:

So this App Domain looks to be a right place since it is a Site URL (as the message says). I think You should contact facebook developers with this question. I honestly do not know how this work after change.

Has @Gavick released an updated facebook plugin? I have request to activate login with facebook for client, but it is not working. I don't get anything popping up. null. zilch. dead button. Tripple checked the settings on FB app. It's disturbing that Gavick does not keep up with the FB technology - just passes the baton. Why the whole hoopla with available plugin in all new templates when the plugin is not working? c'mon...

Updated facebook plugin is available for a while already. But if You say it's not working still than please try download a quickstart and replace the files of a plugin. I've just installed Writter's Quickstart for a different issue, but Fb Login button works here without any problems.

I found the issue. It was a conflict between facebook apps. When I disabled "Facebook Like Box Slider" module login with facebook works fine.

Ok - Thanks for the great help. I'll look into that slider, should not conflict.

Each extension might use different JS libraries which makes problems.
So it's good idea to disable addcional to check which one makes problems.
