iFrame and/or wrapper problem for IE8

My little problem concerns iframes in IE8. I have tested using a wrapper that comes with Joomla and an iframe extension for Joomla called mosiframe, both of which work perfectly in Firefox as well as Safari. But, when I look in Internet Explorer the iframe shows a white box which repeatedly loads and makes a clicking sound.

I have looked around and realized that this is quite a common problem. But I can't find a stable solution to the problem.

I would really appreciate some light on this question. I am using the Pulse template.
