GK Music Top Background Question?

Hi I have a question about the gk music top template.

When i edit the CSS file, i changed the background color to black, and it views fine in Safari.

But when i switch to Firefox it views it as the default white color , not black????

So I have two theories
Site FTP Cache needs to be refreshed
Style CSS file code not changed?

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

did you tried to remove Firefox cache ? and what about other browsers ?
