I made some changes to my website, I created a menu for the English language, Spanish, French and Portuguese. my joomla default language is English and I can not see the menu language.

4. Do the same steps for other languages.

You don't need to assign those menu to any module position as they are loaded as a block of the template. Now just unassign them.
