Unable to login in IE7

Hi i'm having a weird IE7 only login issue.

I can login in fine with all browsers bar IE7 (running from XP)
on IE7 it just redirects back to the login screen, sometimes if I check the remember me it does login but not always.

It is definitely template specific as if I revert back to my previous template i can login fine.

Appreciate your help as this is stopping me upgrade my site

If you are im unable to offer me support can i have a refund?

Ive since done a lot of work on this it seems to be XP specific and only affects some users environments. But if you are unable to offer me support I simply wish to have a refund as I have several template problems all specifically down to gavicks tempates i'm afraid
