Active Links

In the features for copyright I am not able to insert a hyperlink. Is there a workaround for this so i can include a link?

I cannot add this to the footer position either. The module positions show a footer_nav on the left and a footer on the right. However when publishing to the footer_nav it is on the right and non-existent on the footer position.
