BLANK FRONT END AND BACKEND AFTER UPGRADE

I am getting blank backend and front end after upgrade.

when l type www.mywebsite.com/administrator l get blank page
but when l type this www.mywebsite.com/administrator/index.p ... w=database
it works just that the main control panel is not showing

Please what should l do

1) You can recover website from backup
I think you were wise enough.... if not ask hosting support for help.
