how can i do this

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help, i have on insert one on my home page, where the title of the article is in grey with a red line under it, i love this design and would like to know how i can get this for my right hand side column and also my left hand side column, basically it would be great to have all my titles on the home page looking the same as it would stand out.

I think You should notice first, that not titles are highlightet this way but column titles.
So If You change that also on totles (which is possible), Users will not know what is a link to article and what not.
But if You still would like to do it this way, please write back, I'll help You.

any suggestion would be great, i just want it to look tidy. maybe where it says news, in one colour ot something then the below different, as on the far right where it shows one direction articles i would like that column to look different and stand out, as the site looks very plain at the moment,
