trying to change article title from h2 to h1

hi, i am trying to change the title on my articles from h2 to h1 but i have tried everything and nothing is working

here is an example of a page

can anyone please let me know what the solution is please

hi for the articles that appear on the home page, how can i change these from h3 to h2

Show me an example. When I look at Your site I see a lot of H4 in NSP module, but no H3 anywhere ;/
