Question on updates

In the template, I saw that there was an update. When I get to the update page, I see the page

There are 3 downloads

gk_twn2_J!25.zip
gk_twn2_quickstart_J!25.zip
gk_twn2_rest_files_J!17.zip

Which of the following do I use? I suspect that using quickstart might reset things that I don't want reset

You need to use :

gk_twn2_J!25.zip

and then overwrite template files via FTP connection.
