How do you change the Leading category submenu style? By default there are four sub categories under the template menu item. When I add a fifth the style is similar to the subcategory.

Those are group menus so in your fifth menu item in its settings look on right for gavick menu and choose "is group" = "yes".

Which CSS file or where can I change the column width for the drop down menus.

Try to do it in menu.gkdropline.css file.
