Compressing with gzip?

Google Page speed (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights) told me that Compressing resources with gzip or deflate can reduce the number of bytes sent over the network.

But in the template I´am only found css compressing. Where I can compressing css and js files?

Templates in versions 2.12 and higher contains CSS/JS compression with gzip method enabled by default.
