Change text of Login Button and Popup Text

I have published joomla login module @login position, I want to change text appearing on the "Login" button and also the text" Login" when the popup opens.

yes it worked, i was trying to change the en-GB.ini default joomla file.
Thanks, on another note i have enabled recaptcha for Joomla, it appears on registration page fine but not in login popup, is there a way to add recaptha on login pop up form.
